Shipping policy

Free shipping, every order

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders leave our US warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days after that, so most orders arrive within a week. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Where we ship

Right now we ship to the 48 contiguous US states, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or outside the US yet.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@unknot.health right away and we will fix it if the order has not shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of postage.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days or the item arrives damaged, email hello@unknot.health with your order number and we will send a replacement.
