Nape is a firm foam neck stretcher shaped for people who spend the day looking at a screen. Lie back, rest your neck in the cradle, let your shoulders drop, and stay there for ten minutes. The raised curve supports the natural arc of your neck while the soft massage nodes press gently along either side of your spine. Most people feel looser the first time they stand up.

How to use it
Lie on your back on the floor or a firm bed. Place Nape under your neck with the raised cradle just below the base of your skull. Relax your arms at your sides and breathe slowly. Start with 5 minutes and work up to 10. Use it after work, before bed, or any time your neck feels tight. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop and adjust the position.
